Executive and Group Benefits

Group Benefits is a contract(s) between an insurance company(s) and an employer who wishes to indemnify its employees from certain risks.
A company may develop a benefits program for reasons such as:

• Retention and attraction of employees
• Tax effective compensation
• Risk-sharing with employees
• Corporate liability

Benefits can vary for different classes of employees, such as key executives (hence the term “executive benefits”).

In providing group benefits to clients, Invest-A-Flex utilizes the services of a third party administrator.  This enables the selection of individual products from separate insurance companies while maintaining consolidated reporting and administration.
