Victor Whang's banking and investment experience spans more than 16 years in both Asia and North America.  He was Treasurer with Asia's Premier Development Bank of Singapore and Bayerische Landesbank Girozentrale Global Treasury Investment Team.  Victor leads the Sterling/Investaflex investment team where his experience and knowledge provide access to a unique integrated planning approach that delivers a strong edge in an increasingly complex and globalized investment world.
